Brad Lefkowits is an award-winning landscape designer who has served on the City of Encinitas’s Urban Forest Advisory Committee since 2023. He and his wife, Joanie, are raising their two boys in New Encinitas, just a few miles from where Joanie grew up in Olivenhain.

Brad is passionate about engaging the community in local issues. Through his work on UFAC, sustained focus on City Hall and school board meetings, being a founding member of Parents of EUSD, and collaborating with advocacy groups across Encinitas, he has seen firsthand that local government is where we can make the most meaningful difference in our daily lives and help shape the future for our children.
